Indian Wedding with the X-Pro1

It was been a busy couple of days as I have been working on the Sangeet and Mehndi part of an Indian wedding for two days, shooting on the X-Pro1 with speeds up to 6400iso and post-processing in Lightroom 4.

Tomorrow it is the big event with starting at the bridal home in Southampton and working through to a very big reception in London. I have the energy drinks packed and I am just hoping it stays dry!

Here is a small taster from events so far, I hope Steve McCurry would approve of my efforts:

About Gerry Walden

I am a stock photographer with far more years of experience than I would care to mention. Located in Southampton (UK) I am sandwiched between two national parks and my home town is a major seaport. I shoot mostly people related images, and travel when I can. I am resident photographer at a major concert venue in the town which means I get to shoot a variety of musicians.

Great capture. I am always impressed by those that are gifted at capturing people in motion like this.
