Ian Shaw

I had the greatest of pleasures recently of photographing English jazz vocalist Ian Shaw at the Turner Sims Concert Hall. I had photographed Ian a couple of years ago, but this time I was able to spend a little time chatting, and what a very pleasant guy he is. I hope he likes his photos:

All images were taken on the X-Pro1 using the 35mm f1.4 lens at 3,200iso, and then processed through Lightroom 4.4 and Silver Efex Pro 2.

About Gerry Walden

I am a stock photographer with far more years of experience than I would care to mention. Located in Southampton (UK) I am sandwiched between two national parks and my home town is a major seaport. I shoot mostly people related images, and travel when I can. I am resident photographer at a major concert venue in the town which means I get to shoot a variety of musicians.
