Fibonartcci & Peter Symonds

As a photographer you never know what will drop in front of your camera lens – which is of course what makes it a fascinating path to follow.

I was at an ‘event’ to celebrate the Queen’s Baton being in Southampton as part of the Commonwealth Games celebrations when I bumped into artist Peter Symonds and his Fibonartcci project. Please don’t ask me to explain the project as I don’t understand it myself (sorry Peter!) but it did make an interesting series of images. If you want to find out about the work please look at the website (see link above).

About Gerry Walden

I am a stock photographer with far more years of experience than I would care to mention. Located in Southampton (UK) I am sandwiched between two national parks and my home town is a major seaport. I shoot mostly people related images, and travel when I can. I am resident photographer at a major concert venue in the town which means I get to shoot a variety of musicians.
